Communicating with the clients of Fiserv for tracing the competitors and gaining information for worker's compensation claim accounts. Calling the insurance companies in regards to the outstanding bills. This also includes investigating the accounts, tracing the claimant, employer or physician for documents and information which is required for getting the account paid. It involves primary and secondary research on state laws.
