• Involved end to end recruitment: Sourcing, staffing, screening, short listing candidates sourced through Naukri, LinkedIn, Recruiting@work and Talent link (a SABA product) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role. • Along with the other FT positions also, driven the entire intern hiring program single handedly, which form the 10% of strength of SABA. • Plan, organize and execute necessary travel needed to recruit campus students and maintains & develop partnerships (e.g., Army Institute of Technology, Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. Educational institutes like CDAC, CRB, SEED and BITS) Lateral Hiring: Create and execute a recruiting strategy, which results in a top-tier, qualified talent pool of professionals and a strong candidate pipeline • Partner with hiring manager to identify role of interview team, assign competencies using both technical and behavioral interviewing models • Grow existing network, foster new relationships and attend networking events to further identify talent for the organization • Partner with other Human Resource functions in order to attract and hire talent that will help to sustain and contribute to the Vertex culture • Participate in workforce planning sessions and ongoing ad-hoc feedback meetings with hiring managers

• Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, etc. through own network of contacts through Bullhorn and LinkedIn.• Periodic meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss the details about the requirements and understand their expectations on the same.• Maintaining a continuous flow of potential candidates to build a strong pipeline. Maintains & manages relationships with all candidates & finalist to cultivate their interest for the role.• Contact generation by cold calling or getting organization charts• Working parallel to Consultants based in Japan, helping them with sourcing On Spec candidates for their respective searches.
