Working on Niche and Vanilla skills. - Recruiting candidates according to the Client requirements, skill sets and specifications. - Execution of BFSI and IT recruitment activities, headhunting candidates with multiple skill sets across all cadres. - Hereby ensuring positions to get close in the minimum TAT (Turnaround Time) set. - Efficient utilization of contemporary recruitment tools like Jobsites & Databases and maintaining an active database of candidates and other recruitment related documents as well as preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. - Handling recruitments for Investment banks & IT, executing comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces. - Telephonic Screening (Evaluating Communication and Technical Skills Rating) - Locating potential candidates through Internet research, internal database, headhunting, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies. - Coordinating with the clients and developing effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit, and select high quality candidates. - Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and coordinating the interview process and closing candidates. - Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with candidates. Majorly catering to BFSI & IT Domain for the following skills across levels.
