• Manage a team of 6-8 members in an onsite-offshore model.• Delegate tasks, Give direction to juniors and e2e support from Analysis to Go-live.• Review and Approve code, Business Requirement Documents and other artifacts.• Working closely with the Business Users and product owners to gather new requirements.• Follow Agile methodologies and host Sprint meetings. Ensure Jira Board Maintenance on daily basis.• Finalize Quarterly/Yearly scope of work for team and manage team capacity to work ratio.• Develop and Deploy the enhancements or addition of new features in the application.• Analysis and Implementation for Tech upgrades, Cost Optimizations, Tool Migrations.• Responsible for resolving/debugging Production issues within agreed SLA.• Lead and Monitor Production Deployments.• Frequent checks on Code/Infra vulnerabilities and provide resolutions.• Daily sync up with Offshore team and co-ordinate on assigned work.

• Working as a cloud professional to analyse the cloud-related tasks and perform them single handed.• Analysing the existing architecture, generating documentation on the cost calculations, solutions to optimize the cost, and presenting it to client.• Implementing best solution to optimize the cloud storage cost.• Upgrading the cloud machines to latest versions as and when required.• Providing technical support to the team on Java related issues.

• Working closely with the clients and the technical architects in finalizing the HLD and LLD for the system.• Lead code development/modifications/enhancements based on the discussed approach.• Analysing the Legacy application functionality and its code for Migration activity.• Creating Design Documents and reviewing the design by peers.• Responsible for tracking build deployment on Dev, QA and UAT environments.• Monitor and Support Production Deployments.
