Working with the new Age D2C insurance brand Acko, I owned the products for Motor Claim booking and fulfillment. Working with engineers, designers, CX, field operations, and the claim managers, I build various products for better claim experience and optimised processes to minimise TAT and Cost per Claim.Designed products for ‘On Account Settlement’ (same-day claim settlement) and ‘Acko Advantage’ (3-day repair guarantee) of motor claims that optimise for the customer experience, cost per claim, and the TAT of claim settlement.

Goomo.com is a leading online travel agency in India ($50M funding; 350+ employees). As a Product Manager, I was leading the holiday booking customer experience on the platform working with engineers, designers and the sales teams responsible for user acquisition, holiday booking, modifications/cancellation and refunds. I was also leading the development (agile methodologies) of the internal systems of lead and booking management and how data flowed from various channels (online and offline) to the sales and financial systems.

I co-founded Zopky.com to bring the best experience in international and domestic travel to people. Zopky is a smart platform to auto suggest and book activities, transfers, hotels based on the customer’s preferences and budget. Integrated with over 25 top rated tour operators (DMCs) and meta search platforms such as Tripadvisor and Rome2Rio, Zopky is providing the best price for the selected itineraries. As a co-founder, I led end-to-end technology and product development. Within 6 months of product launch, we scaled our business to over 11 countries and $2M+ in sales annually. As the product and technology lead, I worked with our team of engineers to build the product - from domain modelling, website architecture and technology stacks to the end user-interface (UI / UX), and an inventory / booking management system for our tour operators to use.
