Hotel Metro is a medium sized hotel with 42 rooms, located in one of the prime locations in Milan. It provides easy access to public transportations, shopping areas, and restaurants. Working as a summer intern allowed me to gain insights about the operations of a hotel and allowed me to enhance my communication skills.- Assisted the front desk by attending incoming guests and helping them with the check-in process, making it efficient and effective for the hotel.- Gained technical expertise by filling essential documents for incoming guests on the computer to comply with the law of the country.- Accompanied the barista in preparing drinks for the customers, allowing me to enhance my knowledge about the traditional Italian drinks.
