Financial Services Risk Management• Assess current & potential changes in the regulatory landscape, & work towards providing clients with regulatory oversight & develop a robust global compliance program applicable to company’s businesses globally and extend necessary support in meeting the obligations to multi-national bank’s in the domain of investment banking verticals.• Conduct pilot process for setting up of risk taxonomies and regulatory monitoring in order to analyze policies from a variety of angles to achieve compliance solutions that align objectives for verticals of financial institutions.• Serves as legal research expert for specific regulations, regarding its purpose and legislative history, remaining aware of changes to the regulation or to applicability of the regulation to the business lines by developing and updating regulatory compliance databases and help with annual gap analyses to identify and update all policies globally based on new reform regulations for clients.• Conduct periodic reviews by providing regular updates ensuring that the legal inventory/ obligations register stays current for custodian bank. Mapping compliance laws by providing clients with an exhaustive legal inventory based on their business operations and related compliance obligations.• Provide corporate secretarial global compliance support services for G360 clients and co-ordinate with EY local offices including but not limited to annual returns, financial statements, annual general meetings, shareholder meetings.• Management of clients KYC process through financial crime prevention initiatives. Deals in anti-money laundering, due diligence of senior board members and economic sanctions.
