My responsibilities included:- Strategize and identify key products/businesses of Broadridge that can potentially get disrupted by DLT. - Work with the Business owners to socialize the idea of using Blockchain to build fully funded POCs.- Compare the various DLT frameworks in the industry and narrow down on the framework that best suits the usecase.- Build and manage the POC/MVP until it reaches the Production phase.- Hands on experience on using various DLT frameworks like Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda and Quorum.

Primary responsibilities included:- Led the Corporate Actions Module for Affiliate Clearing Module. Implemented the project in Tokyo (client location) and delivered the project within critical deadline without major issues.

Joined Lehman Brothers in Jan, 2008. Moved to Barclays Capital as part of the acquisition.Worked in PrimeDB – Data warehouse for client reporting. Primary accomplishments were –- As part of Actuate to BO migration, client reports were migrated from Actuate to BO saving the firm $8 million in licensing costs. Primary responsibilities included interact with client facing group to get all possible columns required on the reports, and write an optimized and efficient stored procedure to extract all the required columns from the data warehouse.- Designed the process to load Option Ex related files in PrimeDB. Coordinated the development and testing efforts across 15 groups in the firm.- Optimized stored procedures used in loading Billing information (2 million rows, 500GB data) by 25%.- Responsible for running Advent Geneva process.
