Current• Responsible for operations and marketing at IPNeeti• Expert consultancy based on multi-prong factors including exposure to IP laws of multiple countries and prevalent International conventions• Device strategic IP models/route maps that take into account interdependency of IPs in a product/service as opposed to treating various forms of IP as standalone rights thereby creating holistic IPR creation for the product/service• Help clients in enforcing their IP rights, banking on a decade and half years of experience in IP work, which covers all leading jurisdictions encompassing India.• Expert in drafting claims with broadest possible scope considering the available prior arts and likely infringement scenarios• Work towards establishing IP processes that ensure harmonious functioning of various departments of an organization for maximum IP benefits – legal, R&D, and marketing• Strengthen commercial standing of an enterprise, especially startups with correct and timely IP advice and work• Strong foot in patent prosecution, analytics and enforcement• Familiar with functioning of Indian Intellectual Property Office • Instrumental in advising and providing funding for monetizing the IPRs
