I have been working in IT for over 20 years, primarily creating and implementing software products as a project manager.During my career, I have worked in leading companies in fintech. This experience helped me understand the needs of the customers and create high quality products for them as efficiently as possible.I specialize in managing IT projects, including remotely, using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. I participate in the pre-sale, forecasts and budget planning, selection and management of project teams, project reporting.
