Developing and maintaining working contacts with international donors who fund electronic healthcare projects. Projects’ design, proposal drafting, budget estimates, calendar plans, and reporting.Drafted nine successful grant applications to such donors as the European Commission, the World Bank, USAID, and the East Europe Foundation.

Built an online fundraising system for private donations, which included procedures, electronic tools, a CRM system, and performance indicators.Drafted grant proposals that resulted in more than 20 successful awards from such foundations as NED, OSI, USAID, SIDA, and UK AID, among others. Managed a portfolio of projects, including a USAID-funded information campaign and CASE Ukraine’s capacity development project. Drafted the project proposals, supervised the implementation, and drafted progress reports, including impact evaluation.

Drafted a very well received strategic plan for WWC’s office in Kyiv. The plan included Ukrainian think tanks’ market analysis, SWOT analysis, impact strategy, fundraising strategy, performance indicators, action plan for 2014-2015 with staffing requirements, and several ideas to distinguish Kyiv office from other Ukrainian think tanks.

Edited and coordinated the publication of more than 30 issues of a monthly policy journal, National Security and Defence, in Ukrainian and English.Implemented an institutional development program culminating in signing an agreement on core support with the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) for 2 million USD. The program included drafting a strategic plan, operational plans and budgets, and internal manuals.Initiated and supervised an internship program that engaged 8 highly qualified and motivated people for a total of 25 months, including an Oxford graduate student and several PhDs. Authored more than 20 grant proposals, which were awarded funding from the IRF, NED, Matra, Naumann, and other foundations.

Issued over 100 weekly newsletters. Maintained a website and managed its two major reconstructions. Introduced monitoring of ICPS media appearances, which became a performance indicator and promoted an increase in media references. Drafted reports to donors, partners, and the board.
