Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy with majors including but not limited to analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry.● 16 years’ experience in chemistry and pharmacy.● 11 years’ experience in new drug research, leading the team, analytical chemistry method development, validation, transfer , and used in the production .●3 years’ experience in QA and QC in the GMP environment.●2 years’ experience in testing companies about environment , air, water, agricultural products, foods, etc.●Familiar with analytical chemistry, chemistry techniques (UV/UPLC/HPLC/GC/IR, etc.)and equipment. Enjoy working with experiments and data analysis, superb attention to detail and accuracy.● Proficiency in HPLC，GC，UV，IR，scales，moisture Detector，dissolution Meter, etc.● Good understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).● Familiar with Six Sigma, GMP,GLP ,HACCP,EHS. ● Ability to design experiments, analyze and interpret data, and document conclusions; experience using statistical methods.● Ability to use computer technology including MS office tools.● Ability to work independently and with a team.● Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
