Interior Design ManagerResponsibilities and Achievements: As the Interior Design Manager at Wuhan Lutes Technology Co., Ltd., I was responsible for the full-scenario design and acceptance of charging stations. I have successfully completed the landing and launch of 63 charging station projects across the country.1.Full-scenario design of charging stations: Based on the different user scenarios and brand exposure requirements, I developed four corresponding standard template designs and decoration materials and process standard manuals. The design schemes for the corresponding materials have already been patented.2.Supplier management: I was responsible for connecting with suppliers and completed nationwide supplier bidding and inclusion. I developed technical standards and supplier performance evaluation standards to control suppliers. We ensured that all materials required for charging station construction projects were delivered on time and in good quality.3.Review of project drawings and renderings: I have completed over 130 optimizations and reviews of design schemes, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of survey data and that the output renderings match the actual site. I also established an effect drawing template library to improve team work efficiency.4.Key overseas projects: In December 2022, I conducted on-site investigations in the Middle East, and I am now coordinating projects in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands. I developed project design schemes to promote the progress of overseas project construction.
