Client Management: Understanding the requirements of the clients in terms of manpower. Setting expectations in terms of the availability of resources and what timelines would be necessary to deliver the required talent. Manage the dynamic and ever changing requirements of the client. Recruitment & Resourcing: Ascertain manpower requirements, screening and short listing resumes through various sources for quality candidates within the stipulated time. Identifying candidates on the basis of technical requirements, scheduling interviews and verifying candidate's credentials & career expectations. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts (i.e., alternative sourcing). Utilize a resume database for sourcing and tracking of all candidates. Order Board Management: As per the requirements of the client ensure that resources are on boarded. Aligning talent acquisition efforts as per client’s requirements. Choosing the right sources mix depending on the requirements. Ensure that the end-to-end interviewing process is carried out within the agreed timelines.

Recruitment & Selection:• Responsible for full-cycle Recruitment & Placement (IT & NON IT requirements).• Understanding the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organization structure, culture, job requirements laying special focus on Job Description & Specification.• Searching suitable CV's from existing Database, from CV database of jobs sites and headhunting.• Screening, evaluating and short listing the candidates on various parameters, for a particular resource request and arranging interviews of short listed candidates with the Hiring & Human Resources Manager.• Preparing recruitment advertisements and publishing the same on Job portals.• Developed the entire database for IT & Non-ITClient Co-ordination:• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, right from manpower requisition, sourcing to on-boarding.• Interacting with the Technical Heads for understanding of job requirements.• Sourcing candidates using internal databases, job portals (naukri, monster and jobs ahead), job postings, referrals, headhunting and networking.• Skill set mapping for various requirements. • Evaluate the requirements, screen the right profiles and submit them to the Technical Team.• Handling first round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc before putting up to the technical panel.• Talking to prospective candidates explaining about the opening, understanding their current role and their expectations.• Regular follow up and updates with the hiring managers and Prospective candidates on different Stages of the Recruitment process.• Coordinate with the technical team for scheduling technical interviews both personal and telecon and the HR Manager for Final HR Interview.• Maintaining database of potential candidates on different skill sets.
