Current*Roles and Responsibilities:*1. *Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:* Utilize various channels to source, attract, and recruit top talent in cloud technologies, front end, back end, full stack, testing, and Java development.2. *Candidate Screening:* Conduct thorough screenings of candidates, including technical assessments, to ensure they meet the requirements of the positions.3. *Interview Coordination:* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary information and guidance throughout the process.4. *Negotiation and Offer Management:* Facilitate negotiations between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring competitive and fair offers are made and accepted.5. *Candidate Experience:* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.6. *Market Research:* Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.7. *Collaboration:* Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and goals.8. *Data Management:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools effectively.9. *Compliance:* Adhere to legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.10. *Continuous Improvement:* Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
