• Assist the ASM in planning and forecasting of the material required every month in the branch. • Act as an interface between the dealer and the company and reviewing the performance of the sales force in cohesion with the ASM. • To increase awareness, Provide educational as well as technical support to mass about the paint.• Managing sales and distribution across the assigned territory and other part of my depot.• Identifying and implementing demand generation activities, monitoring secondary sales.• Developing and appointing new dealers to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with them.• Business planning for key initiatives to provide the support & services to the dealers to increase their sales.• Tracking competitor activities and changes in the market trends.
