 Communicating and gathering information from customer / vendors on their integration need for ocean shipments.  Identify customer segments, their needs & pain points which can be addressed. Own and actively manage the platform product backlog including clearly defining product backlog items and prioritizing items based on business/internal product goals and optimization of work in the agile team. Own sprint planning and grooming meetings to refine user stories to provide the engineering team with clear requirements and define how success will be measured at the end of each sprint for each story. Facilitates discussions and workshops with cross functional teams to design the product, unblock potential or real issues. Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design future solution. Set direction for the development team and adopt agile using SCRUM methodology.
