Si is passionate about improving the quality of life and well-being of people with chronic diseases through innovative and scalable solutions.Si has also worked as a consultant in healthcare for 7+ years firstly with BCG Shanghai till Project Leader and just relocated and joined IQVIA Consulting Singapore as Associate Principal. Si has mainly served pharmaceutical clients for their business strategy development and execution, helping them navigate the complex and dynamic market landscape and achieve growth and profitability. Si has also leveraged her expertise in management consulting and business incubation to support Taikun Pharmaceutical Technology, a start-up in the pharmaceutical clinical trial service sector, as the VP of Business Incubation and Strategy from 2021 to 2023. Si helped Taikun become the market leader in China in clinical packaging and labeling, and incubated several new businesses in the clinical trial sector. Si is skilled in business planning, business strategy, and global expansion, and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
