For the past three years i have worked in a payroll company progressing from working in the Sales department making outbound sales calls to becoming the Account Manager for the companies largest client. Working in customer services has enabled me to acquire a valuable and transferable skill set in this fast-paced ever-changing sector. Being an Account Manager and dealing with customer services has given me great communication and people skills. In turn this has meant that I developed and maintained successful working relationships with both clients and their workers.
