The Kairos Project is a global organisation with a cross-cultural network of coaches dedicated to leadership development and sustainable change.I coach and work with a diverse group of clients such as senior leaders in both corporate and non-profit sectors to meet their goals in personal and leadership development.

I facilitate civic trails, leadership development programmes, diversity and inclusion workshops with various stakeholders, including DBS, OCBC, Civil Service College and tertiary institutions such as NUS, Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic.

Co-Lab collaborates with MOM’s divisions to create data-driven and human-centric policies, programmes and customer interactions. It also builds MOM’s competencies in design thinking and behavioural insights. I designed user-centred products, programmes and policies to transform MOM's business outcomes.
