The Kairos Project is a global organisation with a cross-cultural network of coaches dedicated to leadership development and sustainable change.I coach and work with a diverse group of clients such as senior leaders in both corporate and non-profit sectors to meet their goals in personal and leadership development.

I facilitate civic trails, leadership development programmes, diversity and inclusion workshops with various stakeholders, including DBS, OCBC, Civil Service College and tertiary institutions such as NUS, Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic.

I was one of the top 21 in MediaCorp's Chinese Radio DJ 'The Soundmakers' Competition 2019. I have hosted in both English and Mandarin for various events for government, corporate, non-profit and charity organisations. E.g Peruvian Armed Forces and Navy Day Dinner Reception by Embassy of Peru, Recycle Right Launch Event by Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, Care Corner Festival 2023.

Co-Lab collaborates with MOM’s divisions to create data-driven and human-centric policies, programmes and customer interactions. It also builds MOM’s competencies in design thinking and behavioural insights. I designed user-centred products, programmes and policies to transform MOM's business outcomes. For instance, - Led in creating more user-centric islandwide communication messages for the Progressive Wage Mark. - Designed and facilitated a series of virtual problem scoping and ideation workshops with a group of senior Human Resource Professionals on workplace mental well-being, which led to a series of playbooks for companies' implementation of well-being initiatives. Near 800 companies had downloaded the playbooks since end 2021.

I was the Project Lead to design and facilitate the first series of in-house message testing sessions to improve MOM's policy communications, in collaboration with various policy departments.I also coordinated more than 10 high-level ministerial dialogues with Trade Association and Chamber (TAC) which were attended by over 2000 business leaders as part of MOM's engagement with business leaders.

I spearheaded The Good Makers capability building programme that enabled near 250 young adults to develop leadership skills, and encouraged greater civic participation.I also conducted ethnographic research, created and facilitated experiential community trails, in collaboration with community partners, that enabled 200 young adults to develop life-skills and community awareness. E.g Led the conceptualisation and execution of ZOOM OUT Photography exhibition and photo walk, in partnership with young adults from The Good Makers programme to increase social awareness.I also managed publicity effort and engaged partners for cross marketing opportunities, and led to increased engagement and sign-up for the programmes.
