• Super user of SAP SE9 process documentation and training of new system• Monitor/analyze discrepancies with interim bins, system failed receipts including fabrication and variances between Manufacturing and Warehouse system to determine root cause for corrective action plan• Receive/monitor incoming receipts, returns of STO/PO/Drop ships movements to ensure accuracy of instructions, documentation and transactions used• Conducts manufacturing/fabrication and warehouse scrapping through Bonita Soft system, and adjust vendor scrap per approved scraping process• Conduct/monitor coordination of the NMR process with QA, Purchasing, and Warehouse personals on all NMR activities. • Monthly NMR report is distributed to ensure NMRs are completed in a timely manner• Performs unscheduled cycle counts (back orders, aisle audit, empty bin and inventory discrepancies) and scheduled cycle counts of A-B-C material

• Maintain databases for Calibration (Gagetrak), Color Acuity (MunsellCT and FM100), Color standards (Colori), and Quality Module in Systems (SAP).• Generate annual POs, Vendor Surveys, Schedule Calibration drop off/pick up, onsite calibrations visits, and negotiate pricing when equipment is in need• Recommend and review QA standards, policies, and procedures for all functions involved with or related to quality in accordance with company standards and ISO 9001• Ensure all policies, procedures, forms, and other documents remain controlled and current to ISO • Provide information for departments to initiate action plans to prevent recurrence of non-conformities• Super user for integration of current SAP EP2 to new SAP SE9 with all divisions (OneHD)
