Material Provisioning Officer, Safran, Dubai / Sept 2003 – July 2020Safran is an international high-technology group and tier-1 supplier of systems and equipment in the Aerospace and Defense markets.  Perform as a Focal point of all the scheduled/unscheduled material requirements for Safran’s Middle East customers. Process & send Quotations/ order acknowledgment to customer via Infor M3 system. Attend to customer enquiries relating to shipment information, orders, complaints, product availability, etc. Liaise with Sourcing, Logistics and Sales team for order planning and fulfilment. Collaborating with various in house departments which include the pricing, production planning, program team, warehouse, shipping and freight forwarders to ensure that client needs are met; Claim/ SDR management. Research on the discrepancies reported against quality/quantity/documentation and provide necessary solutions via Credit notes & RMA’s. Analyze the IP contract and generate Buy-back reports for key customers. Generate backlog & order status reports for various customers and CSM’s. Provide assistance to customer regarding technical queries using CMM/IPC, SB’s, SL’s.  Develop Standard Operating procedures (SOP) and process for customers and customer service team Conduct weekly calls with customers & Customer service managers for performance analysis,Job description: Repairs Coordinating between technicians at Abu Dhabi branch and OEMS in France to ensure smooth process of repaired units and item deliveries to Airlines and Brokers  Receiving RFQ’s from the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) preparing and sending quotations to customers providing prices, country of origin and delivery method.  Handling warranty repairs, Invoicing, arranging deliveries of repaired components to clients  Providing the updates of all the repairs to the clients  Process customer orders in ERP system & Close Customer Orders and related after sales tasks  Maintaining records/files for all incoming and outgoing correspondences  Preparation of weekly discrepancy report for management meetings  Active participation in achieving payment on time, for smooth process of deliveries
