My goal is to always be better than I was yesterday. As I am passionate in teaching, I train and motivate people to enhance their best skills and potential to grow in their respective field. Hailing from a mediocre family in a small village town of Kerala, India, I had to grab the smallest of opportunities to excel in whatever I do. After passing my graduate studies, I started my career way back in 1999 in Indian Air Force. During the 10 years of Military service, I had been molded to become a well disciplined Human Being. During this tenure, I had the privilege to travel throughout India and absorbed myself into the different cultures of the vast and diverse Indian Subcontinent. Later in 2008, I have got a great opportunity from one of the richest Nation in the world in terms of per capita GDP, Qatar. Though the opportunity in Qatar was a great one, it took around 2 years for me to finally settled down to the HR Department of one of the premier construction company in Qatar. Even though I have possessed an MBA in HR during my Military days, It was not an easy task to develop my ranks in the organisation to reach the top level of HR Department. During this tenure, I have learned everything from scratch about the recruitment process in a Multi-National Company and got a hands-on experience with the employee relations and Performance Management. Currently I have got a new assignment to manage one of the leading Duct Manufacturers in Qatar, Arabian Duct Factory. An Experienced Senior Human Resources & Administrative Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, Employee Learning & Development, Hiring, Human Resources and Performance Appraisal. Strong administrative professional with a Master of Business Administration - MBA focused in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi.
