I spent the first chapter of my career fighting climate change with a startup that went public (@EcoSecurities). I believe technology & capital are an enormous force for good when structured correctly.I love building products. I prioritize working with smart and mission driven people willing to dream a little. I'm good at building systems so product teams aren’t swimming against the current and are empowered to make good decisions. I focus on developing strong product leaders. I believe strongly in experimentation but also realize not everything is an A/B test. I respect product & engineering as craft. I know how to lead and align the organization to ship good products.
