Enter all customer requests to the system (Salesforce), detailing the status of each request. Achievements:• Reduced the processing time for generating new users by 33%.This was done by identifying a problem in the process, and proposing an enhancement to one of the software programs used, in order to eliminate another program (software)that was no longer necessary. This meant coordinating and working with other teams.• Managed and coordinated the training for colleagues in India, when the department grew from 2 people to a team of 12.• Created original email templates, which were later on translated to different languages and made available to the entire team, currently still in use

Then, transfer this information (autocad) to create the first plans plans for these churches, which would then be used by the architectural restoration and construction teams for the rehabilitation of these buildings.
