I have over 15 years experience in management at UPS. I am currently managing a staff of 9 supervisors and an average of 80 employees. I am responsible for all aspects of my assigned business unit. Maintaining staffing, driving down cost, increasing service, increase performance, maintaining safety standards as well as DOT and OSHA regulations, and growing the business. I chose to go back to school as an adult, and I have completed a Bachelors Degree in Business Management at University of Phoenix. I have also completed a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science from SNHU.When I am not on the job I spend a lot of my time hiking and mountain biking all over New Jersey. I also spend some time painting and playing the guitar.
