Results achieved were up to 50% run time improves year over year for multiple years in a row in some fields. - Conducted training sessions on ESP equipment to filed operators, production engineers and work-over rig personnel. This also included teaching personnel on ESP application software. - Pushed the envelope for technical product advanced, in the areas of teflon coating, abrasion resistance, and high hp/high volume applications which lead to improved economics and improved run times in High H2S, CoS, hot environments. - Assisted in marketing planning for the Canadian region and equipment/revenue forecasting.
