I have been a volunteer Consultant for the last 24 months placing helping companies with advice around Debtor Finance. This role involves interviewing and capturing information via phone, and offering knowledge of the product and lenders to each client.

I consult debtor finance products. Explaining factoring for SME businesses to Invoice Discounting for larger bank deals. 11 lenders at my disposal with a range of products to suit business needs.

I currently resigned with Cashflow after 4 years and looking fore new challenges in debtor finance.

I started with Cashflow Finance as a collection officer (Account Manager). There were two in our team at the start and I managed 65 clients on my own. I had dealings with reserve payments, verifications, collections, marketing and sales. In 2007 I was able to try my strengths as a sales person in Cashflow. I had a great repour with the clients, and using this was able to establish a fine word of mouth system that Cashflow had never used before. My last financial year in sales I was able to put 58 new business client on my own (6.5 million in facilities). This year already was on track for a record growth. My strengths in debtor finance are book keeping and being up front and honest to the client.

I was employed in Pool Pro as a book keeper. I was the only person in this management role reporting only to the Owner, and her son who was in control of marketing. I maintained all information entry in MYOB, helping the control of day to day business transactions. I ascertained levels picking and organizing transport for day to day orders. During late parts of winter, would assist in sales and levels of marketing. During my employment at Pool Pro, I was given a management role which involved learning all aspects and chemicals in the pool environment. Also I had to have a strong collection background to keep pool shops paying and maintaining orders in a very seasonal product. Jobs conducted. Book keeper, sales, collections, order picker, packer, transport supervisor, marketer, and financial controller.

I was employed by the council on a 3 month contract to provide admin support to over 15 staff members. I would help set up meetings, gather information on sites, have client relations, fax and type memos and documents for councils, and prepare budget costs.

Qualifications include:Basic soldier, Clerical officer, driver, pioneer, qualified to SGT.I basically worked as a soldier working my way up through the ranks up to 1995, where I was injured. This forced a change employment as an infantryman to administration. For the next year I completed numerous courses including clerical officer course. I was then in charge of over 200 personal on a daily basis, making sure they had everything from accommodation, meals, clothing, ammo, training ect. The Army also strengthened up my computer back ground. I resigned from the Army to spend more time with family. ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS YExperienced in Excel, word, power point, access, lotus, Ami Pro, factor soft, goldmine, and outlook.

In this process you would have to have excellent phone manner and stealth to gather information for leads to whereabouts of parties. You would work closely to the client's needs and keep them informed with letter and updates. You also had to very well informed with the privacy act and once found have skills in order to assist in the serving of documents to the party found.
