Co-launched an artist’s agency that grew to become the highest-billing rep firm in Miami. Recruited new artists and introduced numerous New York- and internationally-based artists to the market. Trained and supervised all agents and set operating standards and procedures. Led public relations efforts for the agency, including major events, television interviews and fashion shows. Launched the New York offshoot in 2004.

Served as the sole producer for all photo shoots for Limited Too and Justice young women’s fashion brands. Produced shoots (and behind-the-scenes B roll video) for up to 26 catalogs per year. Streamlined catalog photo production, resulting in cost savings of up to 20%. Solely responsible for all casting, budgeting, vendor negotiations, production crews, shoot logistics, and occasional on-set art direction. Managed the brand’s first international shoot in the Bahamas.
