- Open office in the morning- Turn on phones- Transfer calls using a multi switchboard- Sign in all visitors- Manage all employee keys and I-disks- Distribute all incoming T2P's, mail, couriers- Log in all in coming data- Deliver all incoming data to seismic processor- Help all staff as needed- HR paperwork- Order office supplies- Maintain a clean work environment- Handle coffee orders- Culligan cooler maintain- Party planning- Booking venues- Catering food- Sending invites- Maintaining RSVP list- Enlisting employee volunteer for help- Go to person for everyone in the office- Turning off phones- Closing the office
