Analysing User Stories, Co-ordinating with PO. Prepration of Test procedure/scenarios. Test Cases writing and execution. Peer review. Bug/Defect reporting/lodging, tracking and finally testing.

- Managing and ensuring the quality of the team and providing feedback for the audited bugs/cases as per the transaction monitoring plan.- Test, Validate and Analyze the different sets of data used in Cluster for Google Magazine.- Working directly with global Google Content Engineering team, dedicated to solving the tough problem of categorizing cluster products at scale.- Coordinating project deadlines during Bi-monthly calls and updates with Google Managers / Partners;Presenting reports/data to clients/POMs/SPMs on bi-monthly and monthly basis.- Work closely with multiple teams and drive process improvements and reengineering using various quality tools.- Ensuring Agent is following the parameters on every case (transactional/non transactional) and avoidsincorrect information to the Partner/Publisher.- Client interaction with quality and training counterparts for calibrations sessions and product updates.- Training and guidance of new FTEs about the aligned work and SOP’s; handling refreshers for agentsassigned.- Live sessions with POMs/SPMs to gauge their experience with Google Magazines and with the Partners they spoke to.
