The Bilingual English and Spanish Patient Experience is key to the smooth transition of all patient, provider, and payor (insurance carrier, third-party administrator, employer, State Fund, etc.) activity and communications related to script processing through company revolutionary digital marketplace platform. Will be responsible for a case load of approximately 30-50 claims at any given time.Work within proprietary system to facilitate speed to care and assure compliance with patient, provider and payor service level standards. Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls to obtain availability and schedule patients, work with claims adjusters and providers over the phone. Deliver an excellent experience for patients, providers and payors with referral-related inquiries.Accomplishments:Became a subject matter expert in all areas relevant to payor account details and workflows. Worked with staff, patients, providers, and payors, leveraging technologies and processes to improve digital sourcing of the referrals, the user experience, and speed to care. Had the opportunity to train staff using our Standard Operation Guide.
