Production is a byproduct of what the guys I oversee do for a living. My goal is that each one of those guys will do what they do safely and go home to the people they do it for. Everyone of us is trying to provide and I don’t want that complicated by a life altering injury or worse. Moms, Dads, Wives, Children, Relatives, Coworkers and Friends; I want to get them back to you and I never want to explain why I couldn’t. If I never have to talk to any of the relatives of my guys, then truly I can rest at night.P.S. They are “my guys” because the stake is personal. I know them by name and appreciate them for the hard jobs they do day in and day out. They do it for you and they do it for themselves. It is a badge of honor to take care of the ones they love and hug them with the hands and arms that do the work. They have become my family also and working should not cost an arm and a leg.
