Established and maintained client relationship by engaging in marketing strategies and campaigns to increase local awareness. This led to the increase in the membership by 300% increasing the occupancy to 80% in 8 months. This success led to the building to be sold with the co-work space over $1,000,000. Managed and organized the day to day operations of SOUP Co-Work, which allowed over 16 businesses to operate collaboratively. Developed and maintained a unique client culture through organizing client events and lifestyle activities. Managed operations, planned marketing initiatives, researched potential clients, analyzed financials and made monthly reports. Provided ongoing leadership to the creation of the business ecosystem by facilitating support to members offered by our Executive in Residence, Success Coach, and Financial Architect. Engaged in program development and management which created and implemented programs such as the Young Entrepreneurship Program.
