Over the past 14 years, I have held various leadership roles at ServiceChannel, helping take the company from a startup to being acquired by Fortive for $1.2 billion in 2021.ServiceChannel is a SaaS marketplace platform that provides facilities managers with the ability to source, procure, manage and pay for repair and maintenance services from commercial contractors across their enterprise. By providing a real time view of service data across all trades, locations and contractors, facilities managers drive significant brand equity and ROI for their organizations without outsourcing or investing in new infrastructure, which ultimately leads to a great Customer Experience.
