Currently Leading two new products through discovery, ideation and mvp for homestars that is expected to become a new source of revenue at homestars. communicating effectively with all stakeholders and leadership involved in regards to the progress of the various projects and keeping them apprised regarding appropriate timelines of the various initiatives. facilitating weekly and bi weekly agile scrum sprint ceremonies to ensure work is being done without any major blockers and to ensure the timely delivery of the project. negotiating feature development priority with important stakeholders to ensure project is able to be delivered in a timely manner.
