As a fellow, I was actively involved in preparing the District Skill Development Plan for Bijnor and executing tasks assigned by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. This role allowed me to contribute to various government initiatives, including One District One Product, PMKVY 4.0, and PM Vishwakarma Samman Yojana. Collaboration with key departments such as NRLM, Minority Affairs, and Social Welfare was fundamental to the fellowship. I also institutionalized meetings between the public administration office, DSC & other stakeholders to improve the management of schemes.
