I have completed 6 months' internship as an HR Intern in ACFL. I worked with the HR Team on various projects. My KRA includes Compliance, i.e., ESIC, EPF, Background Verification, Medical Insurance, and others, employees registration, grievance handling and Exit Management. It also includes HR Analytics, Recruitment, HRMS and various other activities. I have learnt so many things and specially handling human resources. I have been promoted to Management Trainee, and my KRA extends to deliver other managerial tasks.

As a freelancer I have gained experience of more than 4 years in e-Business, e-commerce and digital marketing. I have worked for more than 30 sellers available on different e-commerce websites. I have provided services to them like, listing, catalogue management, advertisement, campaign management, account reinstatement, sale boost, sales reporting, achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets, account health management (infringement, ipr, compliance and performance metrics) and so many other services like image editing, video editing, content writing, website development, social media marketing, search engine optimization, business analysis and strategic analysis. For my services I have earned mutual trust and respect and I have gained my position as an expert in digital marketing and e-commerce.

I have completed my summer internship program in the KPMG Advisory Services Private Limited, at Government and Public Sector Department, Patna. I have been privileged to work there as an intern and helping the assigned team on HRMS Project. I have worked on various module related to the project and specifically on feasibility analysis of developing Leave Management System Module and Performance Appraisal System Module for employees of government of Bihar. I have learnt so many things i.e. feasibilty analysis, requirement gathering, SDLC (Waterfall and Agile Module), Process Workflow, System Integration, Designing and Development through various documents (RFS, SRS, FRS, etc.). I have performed several testing and learned to prepare test cases for developing a system. During the SIP I have attained various training and meetings through which I have learnt the working procedure. I have also presented User Accepted Testing (UAT) with the team and learnt teamwork and various technical approaches.

To extend my technical proves I joined Xitamin Solution pvt Ltd in Patna, a renowned SPN (Service Providing Network). There I received training on digital marketing and ecommerce and worked as an account manager and a seller service associate. I have learnt SEO, SMM, content marketing, content writing, how to use various keyword tool softwares, Social media engagements and data processing from digital platforms, Account health management, Account reinstatement, online marketing, catalogue building, listings, Photoshop, Enhance brand Contents (EBC), A+ Listings, Campaign building, Safe-t claim filing, how to prepare Plan of Action (POA), and so many other skills. From there I have also learnt some soft skills like Persuasion, Influencing, Pitching, etc. I have also learnt Advance Microsoft Excel, Documentation and Reporting, like daily report, monthly sales report, etc. This experience has added meaning to my career as I gained some management skills also and for this I will always remember the organisation for grooming me and giving me opportunity to deal with B2B and B2C business model.

This is my first job as an employee of any firm which is Atul Fasteners Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh. I was recruited as a quality control inspector. I have worked in the Fasteners Manufacturing plant and have gained my first work experience there. My assigned duty was the quality check of raw materials, work in progress, and finished products, work on laboratory operations, and working on different measuring gauges. My work was also extended to reporting and documentation, i.e., quality control report, hourly and daily report on performance metrics. During these months of my extensive and comprehensive working I have also learnt different organisational skills, team work, technical proves, six sigma, etc., which helped me in different strata of my career. For my first work experience I will be whole heartedly always be obliged to the organisation (AFL, Mohali).

I have completed my summer internship program at TRF Limited (Tata Robins Fraser), Jamshedpur, comes under Tata Group of companies. I have successfully completed the training and submitted the project on "Study of Manufacturing process of major components of stacker reclaimer and preparation of process sheets for Fabrication, machining and Assembly. I have learned different skill sets and applied my previous learning to understand the workflow and process of manufacturing of Bulk material Handling.

I have completed my summer internship program at Usha Martin Private Limited, Ranchi. I was introduced to the working and procedure of the manufacturing processes in the plant. I have successfully completed the training and submitted the report on the project I was assigned, title "Manufacturing Process of Wire, Strand & Ropes". I have worked on various Process report and learned about the assembly line, fabrication processes, Gant Chart, Industrial Management and Supply Chain Management. I have also learned about the Production and Operations Management.
