•Managing and administering the installation, upgradation, configuring and troubleshooting, Desktops, Servers, Database Servers, Mail Servers and Networking while updating the system with the improved and latest technological tools to influence & increase the overall productivity and efficiency.• Working involves usage of Voip Switch, carriers, TDM routing on extensive basis.• Managing guidance on the projects and its requirements to the clients over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments.• Strategically, plan and analyze the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project while reviewing the project proposals.

• Work consist of coordination with both vendors and clients• Coordination with Vendor consist of creation of RFQ’s and finalizing accounting/sourcing/ support/spoc.• Creation of proposal and assisting in transition once the MOU gets signed. • Managing guidance on the projects and its requirements to the clients over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular basis with project related developments. • Strategically, plan and analyze the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project while reviewing the project proposals.

1.Responsible to develop, implementation, monitoring, grow and review of the business strategy that maximises the retail net profit by driving sales and controlling costs at various levels.2.
