Being as Recruiter:-1. Review and understand job requirements:- Successfully review job descriptions. Understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help me identify the right candidate(s). 2. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates:-Select's title and skills and make strings to search resumes. Use sources/job portals like Ladders, Career Builder, Monster, Indeed to find resumes as per requirement.3. Create detailed job descriptions:-To explain about the job in details, always create job description which includes job title, job location, duration, shift timings, roles and responsibilities, as it will help to explain job in details.4. Review applicants:-Meeting candidates via telephone, text or email to assess their qualifications and to verify if position requirements are met. Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with candidates.5. Format resumes:- Format resumes of candidates. Mention skills, education, certifications and qualifications which meets with client expectations. Present to recruiting managers to scrutinize or consider.6. Submission:-Always forward profile to recruiting managers for their approvals before submitting on clients portal.7. Follow up for Interviews/Offers:-Follow up with candidates and Kept candidates in the loop for their interviews and offers. Once get any feedback from clients side regarding for interviews or offers, quickly forward profile to HR/WST for interview preparations, online documentations and for further procedures.
