I am a results-driven young professional specializing in Rural Development and Management at Banaras Hindu University, dedicated to addressing rural challenges and driving economic resilience in underserved regions. As Operations Head at Shanti Food, I successfully managed procurement, launched 12 products on major e-commerce platforms like Flipkart and Meesho, and streamlined supply chain operations, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and market penetration. My entrepreneurial skills were honed through the Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp, where I gained key insights into fostering innovation and applying strategic solutions to complex development challenges.My experience extends to social work, where I interned at Umeed – A Drop of Hope, contributing to government scheme awareness campaigns, environmental initiatives, and public fundraising efforts.
