Responsible for management and effective running of Central Store. Making sure available inventory is displayed daily for timely ordering and deliveries.3. Vendor Management: negotiate pricing and terms as per policies and needs.. End to end vendor management. Procuring material within budget and TAT and timely payment process as per agreed terms and imposing penalties as per SLA.4. Lease Management: Finding new properties as per company requirement and budget and setting up infra as per budget5. Budget and MIS Yearly Budget preparation and reporting budget vs. actual on Monthly Basis. Ensuring actual expense is not exceeded 6. Employee Support Services – Coordinate & Assist in event management, relocation of employees, freights etc.
