As a member of FIL's Supplier Management Office (SMO), I oversee a portfolio of over 100 technology vendors in HR Tech, Finance Tech, Digital & Marketing Tech, and Legal. Managing and optimizing supplier relationships to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.- In charge of onboarding new suppliers on the Fidelity supplier management system via risk assessments that include several regulatory DDQ checks (anti-terrorism, financial stability, political affiliation, and media) and PIA (data privacy).- Entering risks and issues identified during third-party due diligence checks into BWise (risk management tool). Develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal accountable executives and supplier contacts. - Conduct regular external security assessments, ITGC audits, and IT security assessments for high-risk/critical suppliers who provide FIL with SaaS, S/W license and subscription, PaaS, IaaS, and professional services (India and Global FIL sites) by analysing SOC-1, SOC-2, and ISO reports for any deviations and communicating with suppliers for management responses.- Documenting group-level exit strategies for critical suppliers and conducting due diligence on shared business continuity test reports and BCP plans.- Collaborating with the legal team to review MSAs to ensure acceptable terms and conditions are included in contract agreements, as well as collaborating with vendor account managers to highlight any exceptions or make changes to our existing contracts via legal amendment.- Organizing monthly/quarterly service review calls with key suppliers to discuss updates, incidents, and overall performance. - Providing portfolio directors with a supplier performance dashboard that summarizes overall supplier performance, contract tenures, and spend forecast.- Creating purchase orders, approving and reconciling invoices, and analysing monthly spend reports for FIL India's third-party workforce deployed in portfolios I manage.

Contract - Lloyds Banking Group (LBG)- Leading and managing a team engaged in supplier management and order management. - Responsible for all the aspects regarding the contract raised by its stakeholders, suppliers, and project managers.- Managing low-complexity projects and change requests.- Managing purchase related all responsibility - Vendor availability, Price Negotiation and payment terms etc.- Build and maintain healthy relationships with suppliers and work with billing, accounts payable and procurement team.- Collaborate with sales, operations and customer services teams.- Responsible for jeopardy management, escalations, KCIs, resolution of new changes, modifications and Ceases.- First point of contact for onshore/offshore customers, Suppliers, Accounts receivable and escalations.- Impart training, share new updates and provide constructive feedback.- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.- Participate in weekly meetings with suppliers, distributors and contract managers.- Responsible for delivering weekly/monthly contract/project delivery reports.- Managing contract documents/SOPs /Project updates.- Responsible for publishing monthly KPI presentation with the stakeholders.

Contract : Lloyds Banking Group (LBG)Managing order management , third party cost management and pricing in an efficient manner from the point of its initiation to its quality closure post its implementation.Working with internal and external supplier to meet the end customer requirement.Delivering low complexity change requests (IMAC) to end customer within agreed timeline till its customer acceptance.Escalate queries to a team manager as appropriate, and ensure these hand-offs are completed in a timely fashion. Ensure all requests are handled within required service standard and completed against the agreed SLA’s.Working with change managers for successful implementation of the tasks at user sites.Handling end to end Expedio (Remedy) change requests and creating purchase orders over I buy & I supplier (Oracle) order management tools.Reconciling the monthly invoices from the 3rd party suppliers.Coordinating with onshore delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of the change along with arranging necessary customer site access approvals & surveys.
