As a hands-on founder, led a team to explore various electro-mechanical system to design a cable actuated system.- Conceived, performed extensive market research, pitched, and launched Exomusc Technologies Inc. from a meager project to a company during nights and weekends.- Developed technical white paper plan to show product viability and acquire seed investments. - Responsible for all aspects of bootstrapping a start-up business, including developing a prototype, acquiring angel investors and influential partners, developing processes, constructing a long-term business expansion strategy and monitoring/managing resources, budget, and logistics. - Led the team from concept development to 3 iteration of prototype development.
