Established the RPA center of excellence for the organization in 2019 & designed the RPA strategy & drafted a 5-year automation roadmap across functions. The solutions involved increasing call volume by designing a new marketing strategy and intelligent call routing via integration of Contact Center telephony systems with CRM tool- Transformed consumer disputes handling by reducing the time to resolve by 50%.
