* Plan and conduct meetings (Kick-off with the client and internal teams, status meetings)* Analysing Workflow/Wireframes/GDD* Managing all the development teams and areas * Creating Project plans within the scope and executing and delivering them on time while keeping quality in mind * Engaging in client communications on a regular basis * Tracking progress of teams by chairing daily stand-up meetings for projects* Continuously identifying any risks/dependencies/other issues for the teams members and get them resolved throughout the project life cycle * Creating required project reports, documents, MOMs * Communicate with senior management and client for project updates/status by creating weekly reports * Communicate with BD/Finance team for invoice or budget approvals

* Understanding the project managment process and efficiently impelemnting them * Handling projects with the help of manager* Giving status to the project stakeholders * Creating project reports and other relevant documents
