I help my scrum teams achieve the product goals by facilitating scrum ceremonies, tracking the metrics closely, implementing action items deduced from retrospective, along with other collaborative meetings. I'm also responsible for sharing updates to project/product management team by sharing jira reports. I facilitate or track meetings with onshore teams for technical discussions. I help my product owner in making user stories and even prioritizing them before backlog grooming. I do remove impediments coming along so that my team would work without any distraction.

Being a data analyst I usually spent lots of time understanding the different data sets to solve a specific problem of a particular client. My usual work involves mainly five objectives given below :1. Gathering data: This could include conducting surveys, tracking visitor characteristics on a company website, or buying datasets from data collection specialists.2. Cleaning data: Raw data might contain duplicates, errors, or outliers. Cleaning the data means maintaining the quality of data in a spreadsheet or through a programming language so that your interpretations won’t be wrong or skewed. 3.Modeling data: This entails creating and designing the structures of a database. You might choose what types of data to store and collect, establish how data categories are related to each other, and work through how the data actually appears.4. Interpret data: Interpreting data will involve finding patterns or trends in data that could answer the question at hand.5.Presenting : Communicating the results of your findings will be a key part of your job by putting together visualizations like charts and graphs, writing reports, and presenting information to your client.
