Award Orders / Contracts-Extending required support to the purchase/contract & project teams in initiating various order/contract award process for suppliers, contractors as well as for consultants.Purchase Order/Contract Administration -Extending support to purchase team / project teams /contracts team in effective order/contract administration -Active participation in invoice checking, payments, claims settlement and handling extra items-Ensuring contractors follow statutory regulations as required by law -Ensuring material is delivered as per pre-defined specifications & schedule -Acting as an “arbitrator” between the contractor & contracts/projects team to resolve, issues related to the interpretation of contracts through clarifying the intent of the clause in the contract to both parties -Maintaining regular contact with contractors-Periodic contract audits as per SOPScoping of Contract Requirement -Reviewing requirements placed by other teams (technical/ material/ service) and develop RFP/tenders using the available template -Identifying and Pre-Qulaifying new vendors, Update empanelled list. -Consolidate and analyze submitted quotations Shortlisting Vendors / Contractors -Helping purchase/project/contract teams to shortlist vendors on the basis of the quotation rates, reviews, and recommendations by peers -Conducting reference checks for vendorsOrder/Contract Formulation -Drafting order/agreements/contracts basis – base rate, specifications, scope & other T&Cs-Releasing Letter of Intent (LOI) / Work order to the vendor in the predefined template -Generating purchase order to vendors -Ensuring vendors/contractors provide the documents required MIS and Reporting -Preparing consolidated rate sheets of items / awards. -Document and keep track of reviews for each vendor/ consultants for future references-Cross Functional activities involving facilities management and contract finalisation

Key Role:- Float RFQ, receive response from Vendors and Complete the negotiation process based onComparative study on Low spends, Quality & Lead time- Negotiate and complete the tactical buying process on all construction Raw-materials- Prepare RFP documents based on BOM received from projects and share with PurchaseDirector for Signoff and co ordinate the process of Vendor Selection- Cross Functional activities involving facilities management and contract foinalisation- Understanding Business Requirement – Co-ordinate with projects team & vendors to understand therequirement- Procurement Strategy Formation – Develop strategy with the understanding of requirements for Commodities and services- Market Research and Analysis – Understand market with the help of Projects team andcome up with suitable suppliers for the project/requirement- Coordinate with the tier two team for any issues- Actively monitor the process and ensure they are audit compliant and identify areas ofImprovement to increase overall performance in terms of utilization and efficiency of theprocess- Co-ordinating with vendors in getting delivery dates and tracking numbers.- Co-ordinate with own team for new vendor set up- Design and deliver training and refresher modules for the team; regularly coach the newjoiners once they join the procurement team- Vendors queries – assist in the resolution of issues/concerns, Delivery tracking andchasing
