• Oversaw 6 different projects simultaneously, includes mid to high rise residential & commercial ground up construction worth ranging between $5M to $20M across Boston city.• Review plans/specs and solicit/evaluate subcontractor bids to develop budget, prepare COs as necessary, and monitor budget throughout project to ensure adherence.• Deliver on-time, on-budget, highest-quality projects and create referral-generating clients and happy design partners; develop lasting trust-based relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors• Determine project schedule using software tool and publish to team, prepare/execute contracts, purchase materials, schedule all subcontractors and perform regular job site observations to monitor subcontractor work and ensure quality.• Procure and deliver critical materials to job site and kept updated look-ahead schedules to enable accurate, timely communication with Clients and Design Partners about key project decision points, with particular emphasis on the critical path.• Determines quantity of materials, labor, and tool/equipment needs and calculates cost thereof utilizing established standards, i.e., prepare clear and concise estimates by gathering all necessary information, including prints and specs

- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.- Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.- Managed project-related work such as bidding, estimation, pre-construction services, procurement, submittals worth $7 million, scope of work, SOV, proposal, contracts, submittals, RFI, work order, purchase order, shop drawings, payroll, and overtime requirements.- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
