● Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders, Academic coordinators, andteachers in LEAD partner schools to drive implementation of the LEAD academicsystem that delivers excellent student outcomes.● Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schoolsthrough regular observations and data-driven conversations.● Share insightful and meaningful reports at regular intervals to showcase student andteacher performance, and interventions that are being carried out.● Build academic relationships with School owners, Principals, Academic coordinators,and teachers● Collaborate with other functions in the organization to effectively solve problems thathamper partner school experience with LEAD.● Proactively gather insights from the field and feed them back internally to improvethe LEAD academic system.● Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large anddiverse teams.● Graduation with strong training and facilitation background in Pedagogy andCurriculum implementation

- Ensuring high customer NPS across all partner schools in territory.- Partner with the Academic & Sales team to develop plans that cancontribute to the success of partner school and improve client results.- Retention of partner schools.- Increasing student admission in the partner schools.- Ensuring timely dues collection from partner schools.- Oversee BTL campaigns, engage in and improve upon in-house brandpromotions.- Track & review Client Data, reports on account progress, goals, andquarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, andpossible use in future case studies or company training

- Conduct Academic/ Curriculum Discussions with prospect schools - Keep the Region team updated on latest Curriculum nuances of LEAD School offerings - Support CHs/ AMs in sign-ups at leader/ large schools with academically inclined school owners/ principals - Ensure zero drops from post sign-up till operationalization
